Conditions of sale:

1) General aspects
The sales agreement becomes effective immediately upon receipt of the purchase order.


2) Prices
The prices are to be understood net, ex-works, packing excluded.
Transportation and packing costs will be added.
The prices applied will be the ones indicated on the Internet site in the moment where the order is placed.


3) Payment terms

  • Switzerland
    Cash against delivery when ordered via fax or mail.
    Via credit card when placing the purchase order on-line on the PeneloP site.

  • Other countries
    Via credit card when placing the purchase order:
    - on-line on the PeneloP site.
    - per fax.


4) Delivery date
Generally, the goods leave the factory within 2 weeks.
Should this not be the case, you would be advised by e-mail.
During holidays, delivery may be slightly delayed.


5) Shipment

  • Switzerland
    By registered mail (signature required upon receipt), cash on delivery.

  • Other countries
    Via Post Priority.

  • Damages during transportation
    The carrier provides insurance coverage.
    We recommend to you to make await the deliveryman et open the parcel  (even if packing appears intact) in his presence to check that the contents is not damaged. If such is the case, mention it on the form of reception of the deliveryman. 
    Within 48 hours, confirm this point by registered letter  to the forwarder to involve the insurance.
    A the same time, a copy of the damage notice must be transmitted to Techsystems.
    In such a case, it is mandatory to keep the entire packing and the device in its actual condition until such time that a solution has been found.

6) Taxes, customs fees
Taxes and / or customs fees are to be bourne by the buyer.

7) Warranty
Validity of the warranty is 12 months from date of delivery.
The supplier guarantees that the products are being delivered in perfect state.
The warranty covers the parts that are defective due to a construction default, a default in execution or faulty material. The labour cost for replacement is also covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover any damages caused by improper use, i.e. using the product otherwise than in the way it has been designed for, nor any damages due to dropping, or to voluntary or unvoluntary damages caused y non-respect of the user manual. 

All costs related to the shipping of the product are to be bourne by the owner.

Any modifications or repair work carried out without the written agreement of the supplier will terminate the warranty.


8) Reimbursement
In case of dissatisfaction, the product must be returned within the 7 workdays following receipt of the product, in perfect condition and in is original packing.
Before to ship back the product, you must ask by e-mail or fax a "return autorisation number" (RAN).
No return will be accepted without RAN. 
The reasons of the return will not be asked. RAN is only for administrative purpose.
The parcel must be sent back by Post Priority registered with signature at the receipt (or DHL / UPS / FedEx),  insured and in his original packing.
Transportation cost is at the buyer's charge. 
The reimbursement amount is due for the material only, it does not cover the shipping charges.
Reimbursement will take place at the latest 10 days after receipt of the product.
